Email notifications: go to Settings > Email Notifications and use the toggles to choose which activities email you — Bulk Creation, AI Agent, Channel, Connector Sync, and Content Creation notifications can each be turned on or off independently.

In-app notifications arrive in real time. Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar to see recent notifications, with a badge showing how many are new. “Mark all as read” clears the unread count, and “View All Notifications” opens the full Notifications page.

On the full Notifications page you can see your complete history and, for notifications tied to a specific post, jump straight to that post on its platform.
