Creating Posts in Bulk
Bulk Content Creation
Go to Bulk Creator in the sidebar — this opens your Bulk Batches dashboard, showing every batch you have submitted with its status (processing, completed, failed) and progress. Click “Schedule More” to start a new batch.
Step 1 — Choose Template: pick one platform (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or Pinterest) — a platform is disabled here if you have no connected channel for it. Click “Download Template” to get an Excel (.xlsx) file pre-filled with your connected channels for that platform, plus dropdown lists for things like timezones, YouTube categories, or Pinterest boards, and a few sample rows to show the expected format.
Fill in one row per post: which channel to post to, the media file key(s), the caption/description, any platform-specific fields (for example TikTok privacy and duet/stitch/comment toggles, or YouTube visibility and category), and the schedule for that row — a specific date/time and timezone, or Publish Now / Use Next Slot instead. The template also includes an optional Metadata sheet so a reusable group of key/value details (like a product name and price) can be applied to several rows via a group ID.
Step 2 — Upload & Validate: upload your filled-in .xlsx file. Socialic checks every row and reports any errors so you can fix and re-upload before continuing.
Step 3 — Review & Submit: give the batch a title and optional description, review the parsed rows (you can deselect any you don’t want to include yet — the chips show total/selected/error counts), then click “Submit for Creation”.
The batch then appears on the Bulk Batches dashboard with live progress as its posts are created. You can pause, resume, or delete the whole batch, and open it to view or edit the individual posts it generated the same way you would edit any other scheduled post.
