Using the Timeslot Planner

Creating & Scheduling Content

Go to Timeslot Planner in the sidebar. Pick one connected channel at a time from the selector — the weekly grid always shows that single channel’s plan.

Use the arrows to move between weeks and the “Viewing timezone” dropdown to change what timezone the grid is displayed in (this only affects the view, it does not change your saved preferences).

Each cell in the grid is a recurring weekly time slot for that channel. Click “Post” on an empty slot to jump straight into Content Creator with that channel and the slot’s date/time already filled in. A slot that already has content scheduled shows that post instead — click it to open it.

Click “New Timeslot” to add your own recurring slot: choose a timezone, the days of the week it should repeat on, a posting time, and which of your channels it applies to (or select all at once).
